Whole-event operations

Built around the decisions a venue must make

  • Measure the service system

    Screening and queues

Bring lane state, service rate, queue length, wait estimates and source health into one venue-scoped view.

Trace each observation to its connector, timestamp, mapping and quality state.

  • Compare demand with usable capacity

    Gate balancing

Identify uneven utilization and evaluate redistribution options against live gate, queue and throughput evidence.

Keep operator approval, rationale and measured result attached to every action.

  • See the surge before the perimeter

    Arrivals and transport

Compare expected arrivals with ticket scans, transit, parking and observed movement as the event develops.

Show missing or stale feeds instead of filling gaps with invented values.

  • Operate from active geometry

    Concourse and egress

Bind anonymous counts, density and flow to venue features, connectors and evidenced transfer constraints.

Separate designed, measured, assumed and unknown connector capacity.

  • Move from dashboards to learning

    Event reporting

Build event-day reports from stored observations, actions, approvals, outcomes and the audit history behind them.

Preserve the data cutoff, report version and evidence chain for later review.

  • Know what is proven

    Readiness and governance

Track connector certification, browser evidence, migration state, security controls, performance and recovery readiness.

Production remains blocked when evidence is missing, failed or expired.

The CrowdSafeIQ difference

The decision and evidence layer across the whole event

Specialist systems can remain the best source for ticketing, screening, vision, transport or planning. CrowdSafeIQ makes those systems work together against one event context, one active venue model and one accountable operating record.

Product contract

No source becomes decision-grade because it is connected. Mapping, privacy, freshness, calibration, coverage, expiry and human approval remain explicit.

  1. 01

    One operating picture

Connect the whole event, not another isolated dashboard

    Working product

Relate arrival, screening, ingress, concourse, commercial and egress conditions to the same venue features and event clock.

Source identifiers, event time, feature mapping, quality state and provenance remain attached.

  2. 02

    Accountable operations

Carry evidence from observation to measured outcome

    Working product

Give command teams findings and bounded options while keeping approval, action ownership and go/no-go authority with the venue.

Observation, finding, recommendation, approval, action and outcome form a reviewable chain.

  3. 03

    Metric assurance

Know whether each metric is fit for the decision

    Data foundation

Track calibration method, sampled ground truth, accepted error, observed error, coverage, versions and expiry per source and metric.

A metric becomes decision-eligible only when its venue-approved acceptance contract is current and satisfied.

  4. 04

    Comparable event days

    Compare outcomes without hiding context

    Data foundation

Build approved cohorts and normalize attendance, event type, weather and evidence coverage before comparing interventions or outcomes.

Every benchmark records its cohort, method, cutoff, sample size, confidence and caveats.

  5. 05

    Plan versus live

Operate the approved plan against observed conditions

    Data foundation

Link versioned venue geometry to event-day deviations, connector evidence, annotations and human review.

The approved twin version, observation time, deviations and reviewer stay attached to the assessment.

  6. 06

    Vendor-neutral intake

Use the systems a venue already owns

    Working product

Accept direct APIs, streams, files, databases, edge gateways and governed translation bridges without forcing a single sensor vendor.

Every production connector must pass contract, authentication, replay, mapping, privacy, quality, performance and recovery checks.

  7. 07

    Anonymous by design

Reduce double counting without building identity histories

    Pilot evidence required

Use aggregate observations and expiring event-scoped tokens inside approved counting boundaries; do not retain PII, tracklets or trajectories.

Uncertain matches remain unresolved and widen the reported range instead of being silently collapsed.

“Working product” means an executable path exists in this build. “Data foundation” means the governed records and decision contracts now exist, but the workflow still needs pilot usability and operational validation. “Pilot evidence required” means no performance or deployment claim will be made until a venue proves it.

Reference pilot scorecard

Measure what matters to a Safety and Security lead

The venue and event are still to be selected. These measures define the product baseline; venue boundaries, methods, thresholds, sources, owners and expiry dates must be approved before CrowdSafeIQ grades live conditions.

Decision authority

The venue remains in control.

CrowdSafeIQ explains findings and options. The stadium or pilot user approves, enacts and owns operational go/no-go decisions.

  1. 01Approved default

    Queue wait

    20 min normal / 25 min maximum

Measure the elapsed time from an approved queue entry boundary to completion of the controlled service stage. Report distributions and breaches, not only an average.

  2. 02Venue setup required

    Validated throughput

People / lane / min + hourly rollup

Use observed sustainable rates for each active lane and each serial stage. Hourly totals are rollups; they do not replace lane-level evidence.

  3. 03Product rule

    Arrival plan adherence

Expected vs observed every 15 min

Compare planned and observed arrivals in 15-minute bins using event start as T0, with source coverage and lateness shown for each interval.

  4. 04Venue setup required

    Early issue detection

    Lead time before operational impact

Measure when a qualified finding was first raised relative to an approved impact or intervention point, retaining confidence and acknowledgement history.

  5. 05Venue setup required

    Lane and staffing efficiency

Find lanes below their approved rate

Compare each active lane's observed sustainable service rate with its approved configuration-specific baseline and show how long the gap persists.

  6. 06Venue setup required

    Fan experience

    Outcome measure to be selected

Relate operational conditions to a venue-approved experience measure without using personal identity in CrowdSafeIQ.

  7. 07Venue setup required

    Commercial conversion

Aggregate POS outcome to be selected

Compare aggregate commercial outcomes with operational conditions using approved zones and intervals, without customer-level profiles.

  8. 08Venue setup required

    Audit completeness

    Evidence chain coverage

Measure whether observations, findings, approvals, actions, outcomes, source health and report cutoffs are linked and reviewable.

Privacy default

No personal identifying information

CrowdSafeIQ accepts aggregate and de-identified operational evidence. Named customer records, contact details, ticket-holder identity and biometric identity are prohibited. Raw anonymous tracklets, trajectories and cross-event linkage are disabled for the first pilot.

CSIQ-ESET v1 prevents double counting with an expiring, non-reversible event token. It contains no identity or path; uncertain matches stay unresolved and widen the displayed count range.

Worldwide architecture

Regional and tenant-pinned

CrowdSafeIQ is designed for selectable regional data planes so each customer can be pinned to its approved residency boundary. Cross-region operational replication is off by default; the first pilot still needs a named region and retention policy.

Proposed recovery baseline

5 min RPO · 15 min RTO · 60 min edge buffer

These are design targets, not tested production claims. They remain pending owner approval, a restore drill, integrity reconciliation and event-day degraded-mode evidence.

Integration fabric

Receive broadly. Normalize deliberately.

CrowdSafeIQ is designed around a vendor-neutral observation envelope. Direct connectors and protocol bridges translate source records into versioned event types, preserve provenance and quarantine records that fail schema, privacy or mapping rules.

Broad compatibility does not mean every vendor is instantly production-ready. Contract access, credentials, field definitions, rate limits, network design and certification are verified for each connector before live use.

Candidate pilot sources

  • Ticketmaster / ticketing
  • Access control and turnstiles
  • Evolv screening
  • CEIA OpenGate
  • CCTV analytics
  • Radio / CAD / incident systems
  • Point of sale
  • Tomorrow.io / weather
  • JustPark / parking
